Cogo Site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. You may export your content before termination.
